Our prices are in SGD and we bill in SGD. The different currencies are for you to gauge the prices better in the country you are currently residing in. (We assume that it will be in the currency you deal with the most) If you wish to change currencies, you can do so by clicking on the drop down list at the top right of the page.
Please note that we bill in SGD and the different currencies in our website does not include your bank charges and bank exchange rates. The prices are also an estimation of the current exchange rates.
We have no immediate plans to restock sold out items. However, we do replenish some of our bestsellers occasionally and notify all our users through Facebook, Telegram and email notifications. You can sign up on our mailing list/waiting list on our website to keep a lookout for when an item is restocked.
We strongly encourage you to take your own measurements and compare it with our measurements in each product page. Remember to leave some breathing space between your body and the apparel. If you're an expecting mum, don't forget to add some extra room to grow!

Courier services are charged at $3 with purchases below $65. If you spend above $65, you will qualify for free local delivery! (Singapore) We also offer flat rate shipping for international orders. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page for more information.
In Jump Eat Cry, we understand that different people have different likings. We provide returns for store credits if sizes do not fit. However, we strongly recommend you to take your own measurements with a measuring tape before purchasing.
We accept returns for store credits and it can be done within 7 working days for local orders and 14 working days for international orders. All items must be returned in the original condition you receive: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and packaging intact. Please note that returns will not be entertained once it is past the stipulated date. We apologize that we are unable to do exchanges or cash refunds.
Please note that the items under the 'Sales' tab and purchases made with special promotional codes cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged as well.
Yes, you may! If you wish to drop off your returned item(s) at our retail store, you may do so within 7 working days from the date of delivery. For all return requests, please email us first at email@example.com and present the respective email to our retail staff. However, do note that it may take up to 5 working days for your returns to be sent back to the office for checking before we can process and refund the store credits to your account.
Alternatively, returned items can also be exchanged immediately for items of equal or higher value (with top ups) at our retail store. Please note that all items must be returned in the same condition your receive: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and packaging intact.
