COVID-19 - Staying United

During these uncertain times, the health and safety of our customers and employees are of utmost importance to us. In light of the situation, we here at Jump Eat Cry, we have made changes to adapt with the new measures for your convenience. While we may be apart in the physical world, we’re definitely still connected here, with you, in the digital space.
Stay strong and be vigilant mummies! Let’s work towards keeping everyone, especially our young, expecting, and elderly safe as we stand united through these trying times together!


  • Will Jump Eat Cry still be operational during this period?

Yes! Our team back in the office will still be working from home during this circuit breaker period. Feel free to keep in touch with us through social media or emails at askus@jumpeatcry.com for all your enquiries.

  • Will your retail store be open?

Our retail store will be closed from Tuesday 7 April until Monday 1st June 2020. We will be reopened again from 2nd June 2020. Processing of online orders will still continue during this time

  • Will I still be able to purchase online?

Yes! We will still be shipping out all your online orders during these periods. Please expect some delays in your delivery during this time period!

  • How long will local/international shipping be?

We will still be processing all online orders twice weekly during this time period. Please allow for additional 3-5 processing days for your parcels to arrive. We estimate that local shipping times may be increased to one week during this period.

As for international shipping, please take note that there may be some additional delays depending on your home country

  • Can we still do an exchange/return if it doesn’t fit?

To encourage social distancing and avoid the inconvenience of having to return parcels during this time period. There will be an extended return window for all orders placed after 1st April. Any orders placed after 1st April will automatically have a time extension to have their parcel by 30th June 2020. So mummies, please wait till the circuit breaker is over to return your parcels!

  • How long does it take to process store credits?

We encourage mummies to only ship out your returns after the circuit breaker period is over on 2nd June. However, any existing parcels in transit will take 3-5 working days to process for store credit once it arrives.

  • Will store credits validity be extended?

Mummies with existing store credit that may be expiring soon can write in to our customer service team at askus@jumpeatcry.com to request for an extension until 30 June 2020.
