COVID-19 - Staying United
With the recent announcement of Phase 2 guidelines, we’ll be opening on 19 June 2020 and resuming our usual opening hours from 11 AM - 9 PM and all services, including online return drop-offs! Store credits and E-gift cards can now be used in-store. We also have our latest collections already in stock. So do drop by to start fitting out those outfits before that you have missed!
We would like to ensure a safe environment for our shoppers and staff. Please help us by following the safety measures that we have in place as we reopen our retail store.
- Scan the SafeEntry QR code and enter your details to check-in before entering and check-out after exiting the store.
- Keep your mask on at all times when you’re in the store and when trying on apparels in our fitting rooms.
- Hand sanitisers are available for use at the counter.
- Ensure that you are at least one metre apart from other shoppers at all times.
- Follow the floor markings when entering the store and queueing for the fitting room or the cashier counter.
- Cashless or contactless payments are highly encouraged to reduce cash-handling at the cashier.
- Refrain from entering the store in groups of more than 5 people. We encourage your companion to wait outside the store as you shop.
- The number of shoppers allowed in-store at each time will be limited in the event of high traffic volume. We seek your patience and understanding in waiting for your turn to enter the store under the circumstance.
- In the event that you feel unwell, even with a mild flu-like symptom, please get it checked out by a doctor and stay at home for the safety of others.

How long will local/international shipping be?
We will still be processing all online orders twice weekly during this time period. Please allow for additional 3-5 processing days for your parcels to arrive. We estimate that local shipping times may be increased to one week during this period.
As for international shipping, please take note that there may be some additional delays depending on your home country
