Do you have a physical shop for me to choose the bags
As of now, Jump Eat Cry is an online-only store. We try our best to give as much information as possible on each product page

Can I choose the print placement of the bags
Unfortunately, we are unable to choose the print placement of the bag. We ship out all our parcels as soon as possible so that you can receive them quickly. 

Can you do a trunk show
We would love to have a trunk show and catch up with you ladies in the future. However, as of now, we do not have a physical store for a show.

Where do I find the Ju-Ju-Be bags on your site
We will be putting up a navigation link for Ju-Ju-Be bags before the new collection goes live. You can find the the bags on our New Arrivals, and Ju-Ju-Be Collection Page once they go live.

How do I order?

How do I key in the discount code?
All Jujube bags are not eligible for any discount codes

How do I key in my gift voucher?
Please refer to Step 6/7 for detailed instructions on entering your gift voucher on our How to Order page.

Can I use my store credit to offset the total amount of my Jujube bag
Good news! Yes, you can.

What payment modes do you accept?
Presently major credit cards (VISA, Masters, Amex) and PayPal are the accepted forms of payment. 

POST ORDERING

I would like to cancel my order.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests for Jujube bags. Your order would have been processed in order to facilitate prompt delivery. 

I did not receive order notification / confirmation after my purchase.
Please check your junk mail folder in your INBOX as the confirmation may have been moved there by your mail server.

Where do you ship to?
We deliver to all of Singapore and most of Asia, and Australia!

How much is delivery?
Courier Services is charged at $3 with purchases below $65.
If you spend above $65, you will qualify for free local delivery! (SG)
We also offer flat rate shipping for international orders.

Do you provide free delivery?
Oh yes we do! Free courier delivery in Singapore Islandwide for purchases above $65.

How long will the bags take to reach me?
For Singapore customers, estimated 3-5 business days.
For International customers, estimated 8-15 business days. Depending on location.

EXCHANGE / RETURNS

What is your exchange policy for Jujube bags?
All Jujube bags are not eligible for exchange 

Can I return the bags for store credit?
All Jujube bags are not eligible for our return policy and we are unable to accept it back for store credit

Why do I have a refund notification?
Refunds are only made when the item(s) you purchased is out of stock and we are unable to ship it out to you. We apologise for our miscalculations and we will ship out the remaining items in your order as quickly as possible.

I have received a defected/wrong item. What should I do?
We apologise for sending you the defected/wrong item. Please drop us an email at askus@jumpeatcry.com within 7 days of receiving your bag.

Is there any warranty for the bags?
All Jujube bags are covered under a 3-month warranty. Please drop us an email with photos of the defect or fault and our team will get back to you accordingly.

Can I change to another bag with a different print placement?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do an exchange or choose another bag for you.
