Will you be restocking sold out items?
We have no immediate plans to restock sold out items. We do replenish some of our bestsellers occasionally and notify all our users through Facebook and email notifications. You can sign up to our mailing list/waiting list on our website to keep a lookout for when this item has been restocked.
Are your clothes true to size?
Yes, they are. Unless otherwise stated on the product page. There may be a difference in measurement of 2-3 cm. Please take a look at our Sizing page for more information.
I'm an UK8, which size should I choose?
We strongly encourage you to measure yourself and compare it with our measurements in each product page. Remember to leave some breathing space between your body and the apparel. If you're an expecting mum, don't forget to add some extra room to grow!

Why are there different currencies?
Our prices are in SGD and we bill in SGD. The different currencies are for you to have a gauge on the prices better in the country that you are currently residing in. (We assume that it will be in the currency you deal with the most) If you want to change currencies, you can do so by clicking on the drop-down list at the top right of the page.
Please note that we bill in SGD and the different currencies in our website does not include your bank charges and bank's exchange rates. The prices are also an estimation of the current exchange rates.

Presently major credit cards (VISA, Masters, Amex) and PayPal are the accepted forms of payment.

Courier Services is charged at $3 with purchases below $65.
If you spend above $65, you will qualify for free local delivery! (SG)
We also offer flat rate shipping for international orders.

Oh yes we do! Free courier delivery in Singapore Islandwide for purchases above $65.
How long will items take to reach me?
For Singapore customers, estimated 3-5 business days.
For International customers, estimated 8-15 business days. Depending on location.
EXCHANGE / RETURNS
What is your exchange policy?
We provide returns for store credit if the sizes don't fit. Our sizes runs small, so please use a measuring tape to measure yourself before purchase. Returns can be done within 10 working days after it is mailed out. Please note that store credit will be given to you for your next purchase. We apolgise that we are unable to do exchange or refunds. Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team will assist you.
Can I return the items for store credit?
In Jump Eat Cry, we understand that different people have different liking for designs. We accept returns for store credit. Returns can be done within 10 working days (SG orders) and 14 working days (International orders) after it is mailed out. Returns/Exchange will not be entertained once it is past the stipulated date.

Why do I have a refund notification?
Refunds are only made when the item(s) you purchased is out of stock and we are unable to ship it out to you. We apologise for our miscalculations and we will ship out the remaining items in your order as quickly as possible.
